If a prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund of the prescription charge within 5–10 working days. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via tracked courier to your specified UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.
Medicines must be stored in accordance with the instructions provided with your order. We accept no liability for medicines that are improperly stored after delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched for a full refund. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for safety and regulatory reasons, in accordance with UK medicines legislation.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email address. We will confirm cancellations in writing.
